ethereum and all its friends (NEO, Monero, and all other stable alt) is good if you want safe investment. but you can get better (and more risky) choice by buying other new alts with strong fundamental value which is undervalued now. i stock npxs coz it is very cheap now, and about the project i have no doubt coz it is more superior than ADA or EOS in terms of usefullness (for me).

From my point of view, I think Ethereum is mostly accumulated cryptocurrency in altcoins apart from Litecoin and BitconCash.
Looking at the current carnage of altcoins, I would rather like to remain in mainstream altcoins cryptocurrency than those altcoins which are turning to dust as days passes by. So I would suggest try to accumulate mainstream altcoins which have capacity to recover from it's bottom.

Your strategy should be the one that tells you what kind of coins you want to buy, if you have a conservative strategy focusing in small profits over the long term, then investing in the top altcoins seems like the best choice, but if what you want is to get the biggest profits you can, then you need to invest in projects with a market cap below 30 millions and hope it skyrockets soon.

Depending on your own jurisdiction yet we do have our own decisions when it comes to altcoin purchase. Always stick out for the best coins which I do only treat those coins 1-10 except for XRP 
Always bought on the dip because sooner or later we cant really deny the fact that after a market price decrease there would always be a price rise. So its up to you if you can risk it up and talking about bitcoin no one knows on what price it would head up.

ETH. I notice BTC is climbing up from 6k5 to 8k3. But ETH price is not really getting high, stuck at price $450-520. So I think if you didn’t buy BTC at $6k5, you better buy ETH instead now. Because you missed the BTC train already.

I think it is a very good time to pick up qash. a lot of hype about the project has died down even though the launch of Liquid Platform is around the corner. I easily see qash reaching a 2B marketcap before years end

At this period, Ether,litecoin,Dash or Ripple or any established coin that has stand the test of time are the coins worth investing. The upcoming coins have not been fairing well and investing in them won't give a good return in the short run.
