the prices for altoins are very much dependent on Bitcoin! I think the situation will be the same as last year. Bitcoin will reach its peak and altcoins will go into growth
But at this point you have seen, despite the BTC rising, but ETH and other coin drops, I think altcoin is no longer dependent on BTC anymore but they are dependent on ETH. That is why investors are now investing heavily in BTC.

These days bitcoin price is increasing. Now btc price is around 8400$. But altcoin prices are not increasing. Is not altcoin price depend on the btc price?
Because investors start to buy bitcoin instead of another altcoin. Bitcoin is still dominator. It moves up, not every altcoin follows. But if bitcoin falls, 95% of altcoins fall.

Some Altcoins depend on BTC prices, but that doesn't mean they have to go hand in hand. Altcoin will increase according to market folume, but some Altcoins do not depend on BTC.

When most of the altcoin prices rise rapidly, bitcoin will definitely rise, but when bitcoin rises, the altcoin does not necessarily rise!

All altcoin conditioning depends on bitcoin. There are a few altcoins that only depend very little on bitcoin. But generally Bitcoin controls this market. The higher the bitcoin, the more likely the whole altcoin will go down. Altcoin only increases as capital inflows from bitcoin or bitcoin prices can not continue to increase. In the future I think the price of altcoin will increase again. I have seen the funding of the MOF is gradually moving to altcoin

No, they do not depend on the price of bitcoin.
But you can monitor the trend, when bitcoin begins to grow and capitalization increases, then more people enter the market and the prices for altcoins will also grow.

To be fair, BTC prices are a key coin, they decide on the price of the other altcoin, and the market trend is always in the trend of BTC.

Bitcoin and altcoin affect each other but affect indirectly, or even unrelated and no influence altogether because many coins have left Bitcoin as a method of payment but it’s different if they dump their coins to buy Bitcoin when it’s in a bullish rally.

If we look at the market now, we will notice that all coin price are increasing slowly and altcoins are even growing more than bitcoin in percentage butI think when the market recover fully from the bear, the price will be higher especially when the bull market starts.

Whether you agree or not, Bitcoin indirectly affects the price movement of altcoin, whether it has a major impact or not. Which need to be underlined here is it doesn’t mean altcoin depend on Bitcoin,    it affects each other directly or indirectly.

At present, BTC and altcoin prices are contradictory, and BTC is no longer coin to determine the price of other coins as many people still think in the past.

indeed sometimes bitcoin increments do not guarantee an increase in altecointuan sometimes even the decline that will occur and the decline in altcoin prices.
it is true but most of the experience of altcoins is in bitcoin, because from the beginning if the price of bitcoin goes up then the price of altcoin will also go up continuously like that

You are right in saying altcoins price depend a lot on bitcoin and the fact that the coin rose that period without a corresponding rise with many of the altcoins can be unsettling. You should understand that the rise was minimal and short-lived as market indicators remained weak, so the altcoins could not have been impacted that much. A real rise Will carry most altcoins along as it will be the issue of the whole market recovering.

This could happen if people will sell there altcoin and ride with the price rally of bitcoin. If bitcoin will stabilize in a certain level, investors will start buying altcoin to get profits. Although this is only a common scenario but this will also depends on the community of altcoin and the product.
