Not yet. Bitcoin and the entire cryptocurrency market surged upwards in a similar manner earlier this year and came close to $10k, but rapidly fell back down thanks to some negative news. If SEC would have approved the ETF proposal, I would confidently say that the bull market is truly here, but I am not so sure at the moment. If Bitcoin breaches $10k, it would seem that the bull market is indeed here.

I think this is the good time to buy altcoins. Altcoin will recover its price soon( I mean altcoin compare with Bitcoin, not $). Maybe the period from now to the end of this year, the crypto market will be very active.

In my opinion, this bull market is just starting to move and it's bigger impact is now focused on btc where it had started increasing it's value progressively. People investing altcoins perhaps shifted their investment more on btc thus resulting to more demand which in effect had address the progressing increase in btc which is currently experienced  now.

Lol altcoins are dropping its just purely bitcoin moves now.this ain't be bullmarket,investors are transferring their investments to bitcoin thats why today the market capitalization of bitcoin increases to 47.6% the highest this can be from january of 2018 .so don't assume about the growth of market this is on bitcoins part only

Yes. I think it is just starting and if you look at the market predictions on google, BTC will hit $10,000 USD on the 2nd week of August. Make sure that you hodl as many bitcoin as you can. Don't be like me who just sold all my bitcoins last week. This was the worst decision on my crypto currency career. I will not be part of the bull run until I receive my next bounty earning. Hopefully this coming August.

Yes indeed the bull run of bitcoin has finally set in motion and currently it has crossed 8k and i believe it can go over 10000 in no time but it is rather unfortunat that some altcoins are still in red.

at least it has turned into a better outcome of the crypto market, and this could also push ICO sales faster, because the price will be better too. we just wait to see the market running, so as not to miss the highest price for us to sell our assets

The $8,000 doesn't mean the bull market has already arrived. If the amount exceeds $12,000, then the bull market may come.

 What I think is that the bull run has arrived and we will fully experience it in the beginning of next month. Market activities is very high these days and will continue till the end of the year. This is a welcome development for the cryptocurrency economy.

i don't know where you are seeing "green" and rise in altcoins! what i see is big all around dumps for each altcoin. for example ETH that people keep mentioning in this topic has been getting dumped hard for the past 2 weeks that bitcoin has been rising. it started at above 0.0711BTC and now it is at 0.057BTC. it is not doing well in USD terms wither. it used to be nearly $600 and now it is worth $470
