WHY DO MOST PEOPLE FORGET BITCOIN SO SOON?

They did not completely forget it. It's just that BTC is useless to them and they think that they can't make a profit out of it anymore so they abandoned it like they don't know it. Don't worry because those people will come back because making lucrative money is what attracts us the most.

Maybe because of the situation which is the value is very down. People thinks negatively about the happenings and proceed to forgetting the bitcoin which is very wrong. It really needs trust and patient in order to be successful.

Anytime i see some members of this forum asking "Is Bitcoin dead"?, or "Is this the fall of bitcoin" i just become speechless because it is so shocking to hear that within just six months when bitcoin improved the financial status of people last year without any hard sweating people have forgotten about it so soon. I now understand the saying that "Men forgets easily". Well i can't really blame them but I know the few Real Crypto Enthusiasts like myself still believe in BITCOIN and we are going to keep investing in it because we know that the its value will rise with time.

People have a short memory and they usually get manipulated pretty easily. Just take a look at what happened last year, why did many people buy bitcoin and other cryptos? Because the television was talking about it, they didn't know anything about it but if the television was talking about it then it must be something important, that must be bought! And then they lose interest because of course there are other news, and people start forgetting about it until the next rally. And we live in a world where it's easy to say "this is dead" just because it's a bit off the radars. Many people will come back for sure, don't worry.

I agree with you. We live in a world in which the social power depends of how you influence social media and how social media follow you promoting what do you want people buy.

Most of those who "forgets" are people who were attracted to BTC's hype last year. They just got involved in crypto because they see "easy money" but they did not understand how things really work.
And now that the hype is over and they'll go away because it's not profitable anymore for them.

Its the usual mindset if you're not really believe in the future of btc, for crypto enthusiasts no matter the status of your coins you will still hold on and look forward for the future growth of it.

It's true, as soon as Bitcoin drops by more than 50% or so suddenly a bunch of threads appear about the death of Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency industry. These are just the weak holders coming to increase FUD about bitcoin, but in the end it doesn't matter what they say, bitcoin is nowhere close to dead. Those people were lost many amount when try to invest on cryptocurrency because of lack of knowledge on how to work on it to make profit. They cannot handle the risk and each fall scare them so much. And almost believe on fake news and come into phishing sites. Those who forget about bitcoin soon cannot bear anymore what happen on the market.

Almost every year they are some post like that and I think that's a proof of what happen every year that it start from small then rise and become cheaper.  I think it is the cycle of bitcoin and I think soon it can be recover like what it did for the past few years.
