I have reason to believe it's Black Arrow's wallet having had funds come from DZ MC. I'm still researching it.

They disappear in time... they are fake transactions that eventually get rejected by the network...

I assume, they are either trying to flood the network with crap transactions to slow it down...
That, or they are attempting to exploit another site that had the same issue as silk-road 2 and MtGox just had...

They will never confirm.

They look like they're confirmed to me, ISAWHIM.
