Do i need to just post 5 times and have 4 hours logged on the site to relieve me of my "newbie" status?
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

No, those restrictions were lifted a while ago and you can post anywhere now. Your newbie status will stay until you get more activity.

No, those restrictions were lifted a while ago and you can post anywhere now. Your newbie status will stay until you get more activity.

Your time limit will go down to 75sec when you get 15 activity, and you will get promoted to jr member when you get 30 activity.

sadly its you have to wait 28days to achieve newbie status.. because you get maximum 14activity points in every two weeks and you need minimum 30activity points to achieve newbie status. If you are frustrated with that 360secs limitation then you have to wait for 14days because after you'll achieve 15activity points your time limitation will be cut short to 75secs.
So To acheive
Newbie Status : Must wait 28days
Get Rid of 360secs time limit : Must wait 14days

I hope this helps

You have to wait for minimum 50 and also there must be some time period to change the newbie status.
