Transaction that dissapeared

I sent 3 $ to a ponzi 4 days ago, transaction didnt appear on blockchain, it took 3$ and thats all.

I think OP doesn't mean that is he was scmmmed for 3$ instead trying to say that the transaction was never there on the block.
