From what I was able to understand you will be able to choose and customize you paycheck completely.

By customise you mean deciding when to get salary, amounts etc? These kind of things? It will be very interesting to see how that works

Big exchanges are expensive,and more demanding,but i think even some mid size exchange should be enough.And then when you have good volume it will be much easier to get listed on big one.
