The xfx cards has a double transferable lifetime warranty.

The sapphire cards, if warranty was never registered on the cards, they will have a warranty. If they were registered, you'll be out of luck, not transferable.

Who ever you sell the xfx cards to, just a note, you can transfer, that is if you are not the second owner and on the second warranty of the xfx cards, you can transfer the warranty of the xfx cards to the second owner. Just a note to you and who ever.
