Why our ICO is way less risky compare to others?Unlike other ICO’s we will not burn your funds in paying team salaries or office expenses. Almost 95% of your funds will be used to procure large quantities of printing paper. Hence the total value of our token (in US Dollars) will always be equal to the fair value of underlying asset. However, It does not mean your investment is risk free, please read the risks section carefully before investing your funds.
Why we are using blockchain?It will be very convenient for investors to sell their stake to someone else using tokens, otherwise investors may have to wait a long time before we return them money without disrupting our operations. Furthermore, businesses that pay dividend on regular intervals their tokens are always traded at premium. So token value may be appreciated if we perform well.

Why this ICO is unique- 1. We are contributing funds in this project
All team members are contributing their own funds in this project which is currently around USD 30000. So it’s not just ICO funds our own funds are at stake too.
Tokens will not be allocated to team members at ICO stage.
- 3. Monthly NAV (Net Asset Value) Report
All investors will receive monthly net asset value report containing the fair market value of assets purchased with ICO funds.
Core team will be liable to return the investor’s funds upto the fair market value of ICO assets. We may need to sign contract with each investor because issuing tokens are not legally binding at the moment and receiving funds out of nowhere will create a tax nightmare at the year end.
Investors will be able to directly access team members via discord or whatsapp from Monday to Friday.

As far the ICO funds concern we will provide audited financial records of our activities.

Exchange Rate RiskSince our customers doesn’t pay us in US dollars. It poses an exchange rate risk for our operations. However, we incorporate any change in exchange rate in our prices so we believe this risk can be managed without any problem.
