I had over 60k carbon coins on that carbon.hashrapid.com pool and they just disappeared from confirmed. User ID 1430.
Anyone had that issue?
Support doesn't answer to my tickets.
Seems to be this pool is totally scam.
Want my coins back!

I've seen my share of issues at this pool. Every single coin. Always something that causes a lot of miners to lose money. Operator always comes back with some story. He is probably stealing the funds every once in a while.

The website looks like a direct rip off of www.fusionhash.com as well.  That's pretty funny.

Happened with both his COINO & MINT pools.

Lots of blocks mined but owner kept the payouts for himself & hid it under a "server upgrade".

Don't know why people still go back & mine at his pool  Huh

I definitely learned a lesson.

I had over 2 million in my account, probably closer to 3 last night. I checked the site this morning and had ZERO currency, no failed login attempts, no mismatch on pins, and no record of earnings (fees, debits, credits or otherwise) in the transaction log.

Hallmark of "behind the scenes" activity/error - will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Hello,

We are very aware of this problem.  And I would like to address, this is not a scam pool.  In the official thread we have posted an update, that we are fully aware.   The system has had a technical glitch, just like coins themselves can, welcome to crypto currency.

Rather then shut down the entire system to figure this out, it is taking longer while the pool is operational.

Do not worry this will be resolved, this is not something that is a 5 minute fix and needs a deep dive into code.  Also please be aware the pool is currently working properly, and this issue is isolated to a certain time frame.

If the issue cannot be resolved automatically, at the very least we will have manual payouts for missing coins.  Please follow the main carbon thread, where all updates will be posted.

You will notice a vast majority of pools have issues.   And the reason this is that while the pool software is open source, is excellent, and it is an amazing contribution it is not perfect. Much like many open source projects.  In fact, there is many commits everyday to the system, on github, to fix issues and problems in the software.

The point of this is that pool owners are dealing with a complicated system to setup, and maintain.   If it was easy to do then more would do it.  But it's not, and things break.

Still waiting on my 200k+ carbon coin that was in confirmed status. Sent pool owners an email over 48 hours ago now still now reply by email or real answers on this thread. Only excuses. So I'm going to assume that the pool owners have taken the coins.

Give them the benefit of the doubt. If we don't hear something in a day or two, definitely time to open it up a little wider.

I've given them about 2.5 days now to get back to me by email or say something on the board. Another user said this isn't the first time this pool has scammed people out of coins saying it's a problem with their server or whatever.

I've had issues with them in the past too, FYI. Got my coins in the end, but it was just hassle and unneeded stress.

What I found most disturbing was their association with pump and dump schemes. Not saying they participate, but there is a lot of back and forth with those types of groups.
