Yes,
We've been trying to troubleshoot this and it is difficult. So rather then make people wait, we are creating a spreadsheet and we will be doing manual payouts.
Please check the official carbon thread.

Hasrapid is SCAM pool I made withdrawal request 1.200.000 Carbon Coin but don't pay to me never.
Give them the benefit of the doubt... It's almost been a week. If this many people were effected, and they have to manually sort it, it may take a while. Either way, they will either pay out or this message will get louder.

They have cleaned out my million Mintcoins too. 0.4 BTC at current prices.
I left them there while MINT was worthless, didn't want to download wallet and when I saw it's pumped today went over there to pick them up but BAM, balance is 0.

I'm still missing MINT from their server "migration" a few days back due to "a corrupt blkindex file".
I understand these things can be complicated but why not post something somewhere about a timeframe of resolution?
Or maybe a quick reply to my many sent messages instead of silence?
Not surprising that people get tired of being polite and start saying "scam".

Same thing to me. Hashrapid.com own me since 3 days over 500 000 mintcoins. Not only that. They disabled their messaging system. I had to send a message from their topcoin website.
SCAM until proven wrong. Avoid them.
A) they change server B) the coins we're stuck in the old server C) after trying to withdraw them, the coins disapears. D) no message or ticket system avaiable.
Hashrapid.com, reply or my message will get louder too.
Costumers satisfaction comes first.

Hello? Hashrapid?
Just say something, anything so that we don't all think you're a scam operation.
What happened to all those MINT?

This is why you set your auto payout low. Things happen, and the pool is not a bank. If you read the Terms of Service on hashrapid or most pools you'll see this: The Pool is not an e-wallet or a bank for your coins. The Pool and it's operators are not responsible for any loss of coins which are stored on the Pool. It is your responsibility to configure your account so that the coins you mine are regularly transferred to your own secured offline wallet. I have seen people horde tons and tons of coins on pools, like 5+ BTC value worth of coins. For what reason? Wallets get corrupted, hard drives go bad, etc... and then people freak out. It's not your wallet, get the coins off there as soon as possible. Most reputable pools will reinforce the idea of a low payout, because they know that shit breaks. Now, I am not saying there is not corrupt pool operators out there but that's a whole other issue.

Great point in citing the terms of service; however, I don't think letting coins idle for a day is a breach or a bridge too far. As a newbie miner, I obviously took the lesson.
Hashrapid positions itself as as a professional mining service with on-call development operators. The pool charges a 2% rate and has payout costs - personally, I associate the higher fees and statements of service worth it assuming service is rendered. This assumption and interpretation leads me to conclude the owners and operators wouldn't hide behind terms of service in doing what is right.
Rather than destroying the brand they have at present and starting over under a new pseudonym, I kind of have to think they will do the manual payouts they said they would...Despite the lack of communication.

you'll lose your money if you have that faith/belief/attitude here! don't trust anyone, triple check everything and everyone, don't jump in the pool unless you're really ready to get wet, use common sense and don't, by any means, be greedy. thank me in a month.
