Yep, we have different fees (0 - 0.5 depends on exchange). We don't work with Bitfinex after bad incident, when they blocked assets of our clients without serious reasons.
Sorry, but for now we temporarily do not add new exchange options, bcz all developers focused for 2.0 version release.
