Good luck on your venture. And you will be using solar power too. I am not a miner myself but there is definitely sections here in the forum where you can find a lot of information on how to setup, configure and computer possible profit.

Mining ETH is profitable indeed, but im sure you will find other altcoins that profitable for mining too.
The material usually : GPU (VGA CARD), your PC, and mining software.

Dude, better buy Antminer E3 from Bitmain or Innosilicon A10 ETHMaster. But, if you just started mining today, you better prepare yourself for the fact that soon the mining Ethereum will cease completely, or rather by the end of this year
