HE SCAMMED ME!

I have play 6 month everyday on this site pay in everyday 20-50 euro and withdraw was no problems, now he want documents i upload my documents and they say me you use vpn we must check all accounts i wait more than 2 days and i wait and wait i have 350 euro win and want to withdraw and they dont want to give me!

he says other account from me have upload the documents and that!

Support dont want to connect me to the manager!

He Say me only other accounts from me must upload documents, so i must wait of other accounts not correct!

I use VPN, in my land i can not play this games!

I have upload all Documents what you need and never was a problem now is a problem

when i become my money i change the feedback here but

I have write support they tell me be patient it must be all accounts checked with my ip adress, but i use VPN it can be 100 users and i must wait ?
Thats not correct i have only deposits with bitcoin never with other payments or anything i have a clear history i have withdraws without problems deposits to and now it is a problem i have uploaded my documents and after 4 days they have nothing! thats not fair and for me a scam i have never play with bonus or use bonus only with my money played than i have win they dont withdraw it is not a big win over 300 euros but money is money! I dont understand this why they do it with me.

Agree, even Bitstarz do have some past issues this one cant really be considered to be a scam but rather a further verification yet op itself do miss out on their terms but on the amount we do talk isnt really that too big.
Talking about 6 months playing and now they do already ask KYC is somehow surprising on my part but actually they do have the right yet its already been stated.
Patience would only be the key on here and if this thing remained unresolved you can post in scam accusation anytime.

You already wrong when you started to play using vpn because most of the site do not consider anyone should play by using vpn. If only they can tolerate this then you should not be a problem then and they will always pay you back but of course it takes time to check every single bet that you made. I never have any single problem with the withdrawal problem last year until I decide to stop playing on their site. May be you should wait until they can give you the results

Of course VPN implies for a lot of websites potentially problematic customers (generally VPN access is used to hack accounts). I suggest you to provide proof of signed address used for a withdrawal in the past.

I've been banned by a sportsbook for using a VPN before, they didn't allow players from the UK but their lines were good so i thought the risk was worth it. Can't complain as I knew the chances I'd get caught and I only deposited a small amount of LTC anyway as a tester.

Lesson learned here "dont use VPN for gambling activities" just because the site is not accepting players from our own country's IP. Unless there is a clear terms that VPN is allowed by the site. Admit that it is your own mistake and let your money gone, no one can help you in this situation IMO.

Was it a private VPN? If so you might have a chance as it should only be your accounts connecting through the IP address.

If it's a free public VPN then you might be out of luck as hundreds of people could have used it to create accounts.

this is a loaded question from support,you cannot log into all accounts since you can only have one according to their TOS,
unfortunately,they are in the right here
it seems that you used a cheap public VPN from a restricted country as well
also Bitstarz are not actually known for playing it clean with their customers: enter bitstarz+scam into google and read yourself
but you should keep your communication with support,especially if the amount of money is substantial

Might just be me, but asking you to verify your account by sending in documents isn't what I'd personally call a scam. Also, when it comes
to your duplicate accounts you mention, those are not just linked by IP, but via browser, which means that those accounts have been used
via the same browser, and those emails follow a similar patter in terms of name. Those facts combined resulted in us asking for documents.

Just pointing out here too that nobody has taken any money from you, your full balance remains in your account, but there's a concern from
our end when multiple accounts are being used via your browser where multiple bonuses are taken on these accounts. Without doing KYC
here, that means you could open endless accounts to try to claim the lucrative bonuses which are intended one per person.

I'm not saying that's what you're doing but I hope you can understand our concern as well from an neutral standpoint.
