TerryTibbs is refunding, im more than happy for this situation. Im glad that atleast partially my "share the loss" part took some action. Please goto: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=65946.0 and reply with proofs.

Yours, rTech

I got my refund: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=65946.msg765693#msg765693

He sells spotify premium accounts that will work few weeks before he claims chargeback for them.
No refunds, no actual anything else than excuses. Avoid him at any costs. Hes doing other business
too and i think he has funded them with hes earlier scams.

I personally lost 5BTC for him
1.5btc 3mth
2.0btc 3mth
1.5btc 3mth (i gived this as present for my good pal)

All of them are cancelled cause terrytibbs issued chargeback

Notice this.
Other proof about terrytibbs being not trustable is that he said he
contacted admins but didnt actually do anything. You cannot trust hes word.
Theymos (admin of this board) said me in pm that terrytibbs isn't contacted any admins at all.

terrytibbs has sold quite many premiums so i know there are other victims too.
So community members if you were victim or you know anything else about terrytibbs
please notice it here.

Here is topic of hes spotify premium scam:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=43699.0

Im sorry for poor my poor english skills and i hope i that made my case understannable.

Update:
As Terry is not willing to refund whole sum, im considering "share the loss tactique" so if even half is refunded (then we both share this shitty situation)

Why this solution:
I really think that TT has made good things that help this community and is pretty honest. But i dont want to pay for nothing so half by half situation prooves that we both get bad luck and got scammed by 3rd party seller.

First of all, you're wrong.

I never bought these codes directly from Spotify nor did I issue chargebacks on them. They were bought in a private IRC marketplace (will divulge more information to administrators on here if necessary). When they were disabled in the beginning, I switched to another seller in said marketplace and issued new codes to my buyers at my cost. The second time, the time when your account was disabled, I had exhausted my supply of replacement codes and the seller wasn't responding to my attempts to contact him, so I notified administrators over at the marketplace and was told they would contact him and were keeping their eyes open. I haven't seen him in the channel for weeks since.

Ok, this is the second time my Spotify has been disabled. terrytibbs, I would like replacement codes or a refund.

With great video cards comes great power consumption.

My two codes have been disabled as well. I am not pleased.

If you're searching these lines for a point, you've probably missed it.  There was never anything there in the first place.

So I was giving this some more thought and I'm not sure I would paint him with the scammer brush at this point.  While I do contend that he's responsible for the sales, since he was the one selling them, I do believe he did so in good faith but perhaps bad judgement as far as sourcing the codes.

I don't know that it makes him a scammer.  Not providing refunds is questionable, of course, but I don't think he set out to scam anyone.  Just my 2c

He sold before, he sold again. All accounts got disabled. There is no point to trust him.
If he sells them he should be sure that they work or refund.

Hey Terry,

How many BTC did your customers end up sending you on codes that got revoked?

i was paying for adspot on the litecoin blockexplorer when it went down he came to me with refund... try read the replies in other thread

and good reason we are promoting *coins as a mean of dealing instead of spotify codes or fiat money that can become useless on the spot due to some shit factor in this case spotify codes where bought with fake credit cards and from what i read terry bought them in good faith

[NECRO!]

Could we have this re-reviewed by a moderator/admin, please. I'm not sure "SCAMMER" is really appropriate in this situation.

No, it is entirely appropriate. He can have us remove the tag at any time by issuing refunds, but that would be pretty hard now...

Interesting. Oh well, I have no plans to repay out of my own pocket any time soon; so I guess it doesn't matter.

An interesting note is that I actually made no profits from this "scam scheme", as some are proclaiming it. I used up the last bitcoins I had profited on buying new codes when the shit was starting to hit the fan.

Let me be the one to tell you that this scam makes no economic sense, unless you're looking to make a net loss for some reason.

maybe there should be a new badge-  "ex-scammer" or "reformed scammer" Smiley

"We are just fools. We insanely believe that we can replace one politician with another and something will really change. For some reason I don't think you deserve the Scammer label (a lot of people on here I'd trust less), but I just don't understand why you wouldn't issue refunds, it can't be more than a few hundred $ can it?

Why on earth would someone take the name terry tibbs and then try to convince people they're a legit business?
