Hi,

I am a noob at this so please bear with me.
I have registered and set up a worker for Slushes Pool.

I have installed Bitcoin Wallet on my windows pc as well as GUIMiner

I have setup a Label and receive address in my wallet and have also entered the address into slushes pool for payment
I have secured a fixed bitcoin address in slushes pool for security.

everything seems to be chugging away fine.

i am running at around 99 Mhash/s and have numbers under my Accepted area as well as the Stale
 area.
i have been mining for over 24 hours

My Slushes pool tells me i have Estimated, Confirmed, Unconfirmed and Total Reward figures so it looks as though i am mining ok.

but when will i see something in my wallet?
as it still shows as 0.00
is it because i have not mined enough to make any difference yet? and if so, when can i expect to see anything in my wallet based on my computers 99.9 Mhash/s

Thanks in advance Huh

A Verrryyyy long time.

I don't know what slush's minimum payout is, probably in the neighborhood of .01 to .001 BTC.  My 32Ghs only makes around .003 BTC per day.  So 99Mhs will take a long time to reach .01 BTC.

As os2sam says this will take a very long time, but it sounds like technically you are set up properly.

Ok Thanks Guys, Really appreciate the advice.
I have since noticed that my threshold for payment was set to 1.0  Roll Eyes i have since set it to 0.01 i am now starting to understand.

One more question though.

99 Mhash/s is not that great i know, but if i stopped my GUIMiner for several hours, will i loose everything i have done so far on my worker?

the problem is, I always keep my PC on 24/7 but need to use it it in the day for certain things, i know this will take me longer to gain BitCoin generation but is it still worth me mining while i sleep?

Thanks

No, each hash you generate and submit is a complete and separate attempt to solve a block.  So you won't loose anything you've already generated and submitted.
