Block number: <algo_name>=block:<block_number> (eg: --fork-at x16rv2=block:6526421).
Time: <algo_name>=time:<YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS>. Time must be set in UTC+0.

Hi it's ubuntu 18 LTS so you can try this: https://www.linuxbabe.com/ubuntu/connect-to-wi-fi-from-terminal-on-ubuntu-18-04-19-04-with-wpa-supplicant

But some easiy config from ini file is currently not supported.
