Would you buy this steam account?

I have a steam account I've been thinking of selling since I got a new comp and haven't been playing many video games, been VAC banned off MW2, but besides that it's clean. steam accounts don't normally have a good resale value I don't think someone would be willing to pay 20% for it I think.
