Dependencies to compile Bitcoind on cyg-win

Hello Bitcointalk,
I need help getting the dependencies to compile Bitcoind on cyg-win. I have been trying for a few days using various diffrenty package managers(apt-cyg etc.) and cannot get it to work. I have tried compiling them all by hand but it was not a happy experience. After searching google I have found that none of the current answers work with what I am doing.
