Not able to find any information on what the benefit would be to verify your account on Binance as a Enterprise/Business.

Anyone have any idea what the benefit, if any, there is to register with them this way?

AFAIK, registering using both methods gives you the same withdrawal limits (steps for enterprise is a bit different), so there isn't any advantages/benefits.
