He's already ban evading. The report post was made on July 19 and he said that nobody answered his emails, which means that the ban isn't from today. And just today he already made 3 other shitposts in the Altcoin Discussion board. E.g: Patience is really necessary when it comes to cryptocurrencies, especially today. If the panic will win users, the profit will not be earned.
