Are all leaders are the same?

1. Leaders putting pressure to their team. Some do it because they want to push their team to be better....others do it because they are aholes.

2. Leaders giving out sanctions. Some do it because they want to create accountability....others do it because they do not want to blame themselves.

3. Leaders delegating their work. Some do it because they want their staff to learn new things...other do it because they are too lazy to do it themselves.

4. Leaders who raise their voice. Some do it because they are passionate with their work...others do it because they have bad childhood.

5. Leaders are strict. Some do it because they want to instill discipline...others do it because they are jerks.

All leaders are the same....those who claim that they are one...but their actions and behaviors are showing otherwise...

...are NOT actually leaders.

We call them boss. Also known as leaders in disguised.

the present time is very chaotic, many people are determined to be a leader, but tujannya not really to be a leader, but just want to get paid high and want to be respected many people.
