Is there a need for this? I was thinking about building a 100MH cluster and offer contracts out.

Pricing would be:

The problem with cloud mining is providers charge above what anyone could expect to make per MH/s a day. Why would I pay $20 to make $10?

Honestly I don't know. It would have to be enough to cover your electric cost plus commission and yet still be profitable for the buyer. Otherwise it wouldn't make sense for either to do business together right?

Q3 2014 I plan to launch a total of 3GHs scrypt mining and provide an exchange price for consumers to determine the price they want to pay.

Perhaps you will get more out of your investment if you offer non-scrypt coin mining, or even GPU time for other purposes.

Already running 150MHs for about 6 months.  Totaling about 50 LTC per day.  Used to be a lot more 6 months ago.  I sold a lot of LTC in the run up.

I have about 2.9GHs in several orders to be complete by Q3.  Selling that much LTC is difficult and hosted mining is easier to sell.
