I think it is early for tokenized version of securities but if you mean those that are not utility tokens it can be. They are mostly more valuable than utility tokens.

Security tokens, though new in Crypto space, it is very famous in the financial market or public market which is controlled by SEC. Security tokens will be more famous than most of the tokens which are actually utility tokens, as for it is offered for future or physical asset which is far better than the currency in trade and in price also. Having more stability, security tokens are the future.

I've heard many reviews and commentaries on that even I have heard that Ethereum and some of their major coins would become a security tokens, who knows what it can cause of them but really I think it is not that bad that many people are thinking.

Nothing can be predicted accurately in terms of crypto market. Many experts believe strongly on the blockchain and believes it’s going to do great in 2018. If bitcoin shows a great performance in the future then we can expect that other coins and tokens will perform great too, be it security or utility tokens. We are at the Q3 of 2018. Who knows what crypto has in its store for us.

I guess the security token trend has started when the bitcoin source code has been published by someone and there was a coin that has created as a security coin called namecoin.
But the security token becomes more familiar with us when ethereum was releasing the network and it has been putting an easy way to generate the asset that have used by so many icos.

I'm not entirely sure if security tokens are more abundant now because as I see it, exchange tokens are the ones taking the spotlight. Most of the ICOs now have their exchange as the main idea of the project and the token would be used in their ecosystem.

This year will not be the year of security tokens. This year will be the same as the previous one. Technology will develop and regulators will think about how to legalize the crypto-currency market. I'm really looking forward to 2019, because I believe that it will begin a great development and adoption of bitcoin, but this is just my wish.

Security tokens are very nice. These are based on blockchain technology. Which is going to be the highest profit taker in 2018. The demand for security tokens in the market has increased tremendously. I think it will be better in the future.

Security tokens will surely be big, simply because they are easier to do a track record with them, it is super safe and immutable. I can see it slowly happening somewhere in the next two years

All coins that act as a securities are illegal in most countries. All coins that started as ICO should be securities.  Countries have different rules how securities gets started and how are regulated. Until those laws will get changed all security coins organizers will have to defend themselves on court.

As far I understand that you mean security token. From my point of view security token is the connection between bolckchain and the usual financial system. I think this year security token price rise.

I don’t think it’s really the time for tokenized securities. It can be possible if those are not utility tokens.

In my own opinion i don't think 2018 is the year because regulators like SEC still go after project that made their tokens a security tokens, many people are afraid to invest into security tokens because of regulation and project are avoiding tagging their tokens security because of regulators, so it's not really possible.
