Where to place a GUIDE for victim of Swiss crypto scam

I'm looking for your wisdom.

I created a guide to help victims of scams from Swiss crypto companies

I did post it in the alt coin discussions but I fear it might be forgotten soon here.
Any ideas where to post or maybe pin it ?

There are no way that this could be a pin topic. It's your personal views for an ICO or crypto project or whatever it is.

Any ideas where to post

I am not so sure but seems like you have posted it on the right section.

I can think of Scam Accusations, Serious discussion (if you have some serious information), Beginners & Help etc but not so sure.

Since this is a guide, I think the best place to put it is on the Beginners board. The problem is that is too centred on the Swiss law, so, maybe in the local where Swiss people are more active? French?

Whatever, to be honest, I`m beginning to think that the correct place to "guides" is the beginner's board, but this is just another personal opinion.

I too think that the beginner section could be more appropriate.

One last question. Do you think my story about why I created this guide is not necessary ?

Should I cut the post to focus only on the guide ?
