Yes .... I would recommend you to try with a proxy and see if it works ... maybe your IPS can't resolve that address yet
I had the same problem with a site just launched a few days ago
couldn't access it and when I changed my IP it worked

3 things I like about the site.
1) I that the design fits my screen without any scrolling.
2) I like the colors of the buttons and the faucet.
3) I like that I don't need to create an account to play just this game.

Things I want to see added.
Please add a repeat bet button. I like betting on the same thing over and over again (sometimes). Also, seeing a roulette wheel spin would be awesome.

1) Like the simplicity of the site.
