There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

It has been some time since I last posted here. I was hoping to make it work, but to no avail. The primary reason being that this project demands more time than expected.

Some facts:

Roulette'm only fully operated for around 1 day and yet it managed to attract 306 players who have spun the wheel 13647 times.

Balances across all accounts put together amount to 0.03419350 BTC which is around $15 at current price. All of this is free bonus -- 0 people deposited their own bitcoins on Roulette'm and could not get them out.

To whom it may concern, please email me at eddy@roulettem.com with your Roulette'm username and a bitcoin address to withdraw your balance to.

Thank you OP for the update!  hope your next endeavor succeeds!

Well, I guess you needed a bigger wallet or something like that, or probably, a reason like 150% bonus for first deposit to be wagered before cashout.
