Cheers! CryptoIndia.org has been launched on 20 Feb 2014. A forum observing the Indian Crypto currency scene. The forum has been made looking at no specific Indian space for crypto related talk.

Crypto India is based on the foundation of strong community moderation and quality information. We hope to build a well learned Indian Crypto community.

We have India subforums here in Bitcointalk as well, what is the need for a separate forum

 India as a nation has immense potential for crypto. I think a vast nation like India should
 have its own community of locals

I think people in India would rather have their own forum than be shoved to the bottom of this one.

If the first bitcoin forum was for people in India, would you like to have a small subforum on that forum or an English speaking forum? Right, you'd like to have an entirely forum for people speaking English.
