Argon2d AVX2/AVX-512 - CPU/provider with best hash/price ratio

I want to mine Argon2d crypto with miner which support AVX2/AVX-512.
I have noticed huge boost of AVX-512 over SSE2, for example:
Xeon Silver 4108 8C(!) with AVX-512 give me 2x more hash than 2xE5-2670v1 20C with SSE-2.

I am looking for suggestions about best CPUs in relation to possible hash/price ratio.
If it is allowed as question, is there any provider which can offer good CPUs for this case with good price?

if you can GET a cpu with AVX512 or SSE4.2 those would be BOSS for sure. anything xeon really, higher "V" better (v4 for example)

as far as CONSUMER level cpus, im finding my 8700k with simple AVX2 is good, 70+ kh/s :O
you can use cloud mining like AWS but its against their ToS, so they will ban you if caught, but people do it all the time AFAIK

I honestly do not mind paying a lot if the price/hash ratio will be fine, i did it until now when AVX-2/512 extensions was not used here.
But this is game changer, so im looking for new solutions.
Yeah i know that AWS, GoogleCloud, some of Hetzners has Skylake, but im sure there are other interesting providers where i could mine without being bothered.
