There's a lesson in this.
Please do not support/mine/give your time/be associated with coins that have large premines, especially those where they are distributed to a very small number of people e.g. the 1.5 billion Wolong got here.

This coin was doomed from the beginning, when they stole the name of the original Pandacoin. The 3% premine & IPO with wolong was something like an anouncement for price manipulation. I hope this madness will lead to an end. This panda can be wiped off the universe.

From reading the panda thread and these transcripts the TLDR version is:
A group of shady characters f#*k themselves over and then blame each other.
Lesson learnt: Don't support coins with a 3% premine (or any).
