Found on BHW forum. http://domainauthority.ga offers a range of authority subdomains, including *.xxxx.gov.ar (Argentina), *.xxxx.gov.mx (Mexico), *.xxxx.go.id (Indonesia), *.xxxx.edu.au (Australia), *.xxxx.edu.ar (Argentina) and many more government and educational extensions not available to the general public.
Example: net.catastrocorrientes.gov.ar
Subdomain cost: 4000 dogecoins ($5 USD) annually (per subdomain)

2. the same payment address is listed on the site and displayed for every order
