I have a transfer going through at the bank that will take about a week or two, and I have someone who I owe 5 bitcoins to. I am going to buy 26 bitcoins, so I will pay 5.3 bitcoins back to whoever gives me the loan. That is a 6% loan. I can pay back within 1-2 weeks.

You are offered a 0.0btc loan at this time.

Okay, explain how I could get "At least 2 or 3 feedback/trades on forum" when no one trusts me to trade with me in the first place. I got to start somewhere. And how does providing an ip address help you, I could tell you anything.... And what about being anonymous, that is why I got into bitcoin so
6. 1 Form of Identification X
7. 2 Forms of Identification X
is something I cannot provide, I can say my name is Marty, and my last name is Lee, and I could provide a photo, but not where I live and everything else about me. and what is:
4. Active in forum X
supposed to mean. How is that measured objectively? Plus:
1. More than 140 posts X

So, I would lower that quite a bit.

Trade with your own coins first to build community credit. I require either ID or active forum, with one of those an IP does help me. Being anonymous: selling and buying, not loaning. For your account I measured how active you are by going through your recent posts and looking at the content, if its a bunch of spam, 2 word posts, angry outbursts, etc... then its a no go. I've got a low post count, but i've also been denied loans several times. I'm working on building a rep in the community. Sorry to deny you, I have to make sure I get the coins back.

"Okay, explain how I could get "At least 2 or 3 feedback/trades on forum" when no one trusts me to trade with me in the first place."

you can start buy buying some small items, and do small trades, you can also use escrow if there is trust issue

"And how does providing an ip address help you, I could tell you anything."

it helps because it will be checked if it corresponds with your address, if you give a random ip address, then the info you give is not good

"And what about being anonymous, that is why I got into bitcoin so  "

i tried to give loans , without asking for info, most people paid back, but few didnt and i couldn't continue that, so we have to ask for info/details now.

"4. Active in forum X

it means , you have to login to your forum account once in a while, some for example take a loan, and forget to pay back because they werent active in forum and never visit the forum for a long time, so then its suspected they were scammers
Okay, so

how can you check if it corresponds with what address? What are you checking, the ip address in this forum? How can you see that?

Not gonna discuss how I do my checks any further, simple answer is you got your guidelines for a loan and I'd love to give you one when you qualify. Thanks!
