Mtgox is hiding itself like a rat through a new virtual office at 15F of Cerulean Tower Shibuya Tokyo Japan This virtual office service is provided by Executive Centre LTD http://www.executivecentre.com/location/shibuya_cerulean_towerAny one can rent a small office space or a mail drop service and phoneline from Executive Centre LTD then use this address as the company address, so Mark Karpeles and his stuff may not actually locate at there, they can work at another hidden secret location or at home, they might keep hiding to liquidate or run away That's why we need the Private Investigator in Japan to find out where is Mark Karpeles actually hiding and announce in public to the Bitcoin Community every day, so we or the Japan Financial Unit can share this information and catch him soon as we need to Especially when he is going to Airport, when he is moving to another hidden secret location, when he or his staff is going to court or Japan Financial Services Agency to file a company bankruptcy ... Any one can hire a good one? any Investigative Reporters or Journalists are already following this case?

I suspect this is a good idea. If you have a PI to contact, PM me and we can consider pooling some BTC for payment.

He lives in Meguro-ku, Tokyo and was born and raised in Chenôve, France. He could be in either or neither. A private investigator would cost you a fortune - knowing this guy could be anywhere. If you'd like to send me on a trip around the world, my BTC address is in my signature. If not, call Dog The Bounty Hunter.

I think the issue is getting serious, someone if not able to pay a lawyer should look for local japanese authorities, police and porsecutors. That London guy who is already there could do it. If anyone has his contact....

I don't know WTF this guy is thinking. Its not like he's some anonymous SR2 owner, he's got a face, and everyone in the BTC community knows him. How many millions, or hundreds of millions of dollars is this guy keeping from their rightful owners. If something doesn't happen soon, somebody is gonna do something crazy. It's like he still thinks he's dealing with magicards...whatever the hell they are.

you do believe he is "fixing" the transaction malleability tech issue? beside, investigators are supposed to locate where they really are, there is no need to doge them unless they are on the way to hide / run away

I think he's biding time for whatever reason and one day, we'll just never hear from them again.

I think he's biding time for whatever reason and one day, we'll just never hear from them again. that's why we need a Japan Private Investigator before they are missing! it will be too late and much harder to get him at that time!

Like he's really fixing things. Why dodge anyone in the first place? Why not come forward and address the community and be transparent? Why not answer that simple question "do you still have everyone's Bitcoins"? Because MTGOX is insolvent! When something similar happened last year, they created a diversion by saying they were adding Litecoin. Now things got bad again so the newest diversion is the "technical & security" issue. Karpeles is just the Bernie Made-off or Charles Ponzi of the crypto world. Once folks like you realize that, then we can all move forward on how to prosecute this fat pig and try to recover whatever is left for those thousands of MTGOX customers that got robbed.

Yeah, just look for the nearest doughnut shop. He's bound to be there.

As far as I know he's not in hiding, he is a big (no pun intended) figure in the bitcoin world and word would spread very quickly if suddenly he just disappeared. So thats not an issue right now and I see no need to have a PI find out his home address because it wouldn't accomplish anything.
For people who have funds tied up in Gox you have two options
1) If you think a crime has been committed, talk to a lawyer and see what if anything could be done.
2) Wait and hope you eventually get your money back and Gox doesn't keep Goxing you
