Yes as long as you meet the monthly criteria you will be get that month tallied up
You can leave after that or in between if you have a reason ( I don't want people hoping on and off, unless they have a reason )

A company has to be registered by itself before it get listed at irqao. http://www.irqao.com/About.aspx
Many companys are not listed there.

Hi, those numbers are related with companies of products and/or services that had went through a process in order to obtain a certificate that assure that they operate under certain parameters that allow them to have a great quality management system. Lot of companies just are able to have certain clients if they have those certificates, because their clients demand that.
