The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Can't get the validate link i was sent to load in either chome or IE9, Add FF to that list as well.

I cannot duplicate the fault on the dynamic pages.
However, it seems the static version of the directory is doing exactly that but I cannot find any similar issues with the dynamic version. Looking into why the static isn't working correctly.
In the meantime, I will list your site for you if you'll send me url, description and graphic (if you have one.) ?

I'll be randomly adding listings to the directory. If you find your site listed and want to "claim ownership", just contact me here or through the site. You'll be able to edit the listing, graphics etc.
I'm throwing a quick banner together for these listings also.. nothing special.
