I am looking for blockchain service company/team to develop PoV. There's a dozen of vendors, but - my question is - do you have any experience how much should PoV development costs? (i found from 4 people for 20K to 6 people for 39K)

Can you please specify exactly what type of Dapp do you have in mind to build on, because the cost varies depending on the requirement.
