Yes I have many examples around, people even sold all their earnings and invested in bitcoin thinking to become rich in some months but then bitcoin gave a serious jerk to everyone and who invested in last moth of 2017 are now in a loss of more then 70%

Indeed bitcoin is very promising for our financial assets, but we have to remember that we can not fully rely on bitcoin, because like we all already know bitcoin is very unstable until this day. Beside that, investing in bitcoin is never been so easy, we have to be ready at the risk that anytime can be happen.

I have to agree that you made a good choice,  bitcoin is the one of the most popular and high rated coin of the crypto market so it is safe and wise to invest here,  but I will suggest you to be more aware about the market conditions cause over confident can be risky

Bitcoin has changed the life of so many people as it has helped them to become self employed. Some of them earn as a part time income and support their family. SOme do the freelancing work and get paid in the btc. Some invest for future etc.

  We may have some different in opinion about the actual use of Bitcoin, But it posses a lot of usage in the market, traders use it for trading business in crypto market, some are using the HODL then re Sell it again, it maybe huge participation of a lot on investment, still it is an individual preference on how to make use the Bitcoin for the said individual. we can see more Huge investment it give us a good profits, not to mention that Market is Volatile...good luck.

Actually bitcoin some function, and one of them is to be a medium of investment.
