Some tips to create a better telegram community:

1.   The community and manager and his team must be well versed with the startup’s white paper and FAQ questionnaire as the questions from the channel members are continuous in this regard.
2.   They must be kept abreast with the latest developments in the company and query resolution methods on a regular basis.
3.   Whenever a latest update is pinned, it’d be handy to add another link to it at the bottom that has the list of all the past pinned posts.
4.   Ask Your Community Questions About Themselves.(Sometimes personal as well to make them feel  that this is their place).
5.   Keeping a list of major and important investors and customers handy would also be useful.
6.   Its a healthy practice to diversify the price discussion and financial group from the technical group , which is useful to resolve queries in a more prompt and efficient manner.
7.   Having a Business Analyst as well along with a technical analyst to coordinate with would also be useful for the team , for explaining and bridging the knowledge gaps between the community admins and backend developers.
8. Running various competitions or giveaways ( a Rapid fire questionnaire) or (giving some tokens/vochers to 1000th/5000th/ 50000th member ).
9. Appointing managers at different time zones because world never sleeps at a time.
10.    Constantly Ask For Feedback (You get to know things which you dint know).

Asking personal questions is important as they start to feel bore after a certain point of time.

If you have the list you can address the urgency(Potential investor) and if there is something which need to be tackled with more personalized experience like a skype call - you can arrange that keeping that list in mind.

The team could try to hire community managers with different timezones, like one in Asia Timezone one in US, this can keep the group 24/7 being active thus understanding and knowing different timezone's investors more
