Since it's a loan without any specified interest, since mday failed to agree any interest beforehand Jacee could pay back the 0.01BTC only or any with any amount of interest. I think the 0.002BTC was a suggestion (although mday could probably do with a wallet boost anyway).

0.002BTC is a suggestion only like jackg said. I will even be happy with the tx fee honestly speaking. jacee is free to pay any interest rate.
