my theory is that if someone hates bitcoin so much and believes in at least half of what they tell others then they would simply stay away from it instead of continuing to be seriously involved with bitcoin. they have to have some sort of benefit in it to constantly talk about something they claim to be "dead" or "bad" or "fraud" and lots of other things!

24% drop is nothing in the crypto world .  Imagine facebook shares dropping to 1/3 the price of it's all time high.  There would be mass panic and people would declare Facebook a dying company.

$180 billion market capitalization is a drop in the bucket in the global economy.  Looking at the total fiat monetary supply and precious metals marketcap bitcoin still has a lot of room to grow.

In fact, sneaky people should be spamed from the followers of bitcoin so that they do not harm other people the fan does not hurt others because of such thoughts that make people can retreat to follow bitcoin.

Yeah but Facebook Apple Amazon Netflix and Google make up for about a quarter of the Nasdaq. They're way overvalued and are causing a whole bunch of chaos on the stock markets because of it. There's no way that these companies offer products or services that can account for that high of market share. They're speculative bubbles, just like bitcoin was last winter, but they're the kinds of bubbles that banks love.

Bitcoin's been doing some strange things over the past few days. Bouncing off the 7700 range and back several times, now for the third time (hopefully) as we speak.

A lot of negative expressions and speculations about bitcoin but has no proof and basis that it will be happen in the near future. Absolutely no one can tell exactly what are going to happen in the future so why mostly of us choose to think negative things that to thinks positive things so we can enjoy the benefits and opportunities that Bitcoin can gives to us. However, for now Bitcoin are doing good and hopefully it will continuously performing better.
