Looking For Partners to create a team

Hi,

I m a full stack developer but I m not that good at design, marketing or English

So I m looking to form a team of smart people

I will need a:

- front end developer with good English/grammar (preferably native speaker)

- good graphic designer (Illustrator, Photoshop, animations etc...)

- marketing expert with good copy writing skills

- I will be the back end programmer


Will create a Skype group and discus everything there

I already have several sites we can improve/work on

There no money right now, but when things start running and making money we split equally.

I would like to make this long term partnership for a hopefully very successful business.

do you only code in .Net?

Yes, mvc .net core and vue.js for front end, the stuff used for web applications.
I know little of the others languages but not mainly program in them
