I want to send some BTC from my MTgox account to another MTGox account. Is it possible? if so how?

I don't use gox, but if that is considered withdrawing, then its probably not possible at the moment. You would probably need to somehow execute a trade, but I dont know how you would ensure that you would fill your own buy/sell order...

I don't know the details, but it is possbile, people are negociating GOX coins the marketplace section of this board.

Just do a withdraw to a gox address. The system recognizes it's an address of theirs and performs an instant withdraw/deposit.

The sending account may need to be verified.  GoxRules seems to change randomly and be applied randomly but you may not be able to "withdraw" BTC if your account isn't verified.  The receiving account doesn't need to be verified but they may not be able to withdraw in the future without getting verified so just keep that in mind.
