Why when I try to set my withdrawal email address does the site say it sent an email to confirm, but I never receive it?  I have tried this multiple times, but it never sends the email and so I cant set a withdrawal address.

Yes you need to get a PIN code by your mail.
The system sends it usually after 60 seconds.
try to look if you wrote your Email right, or check it in the spam section
