hey all. im new here so im sry if posting in the wrong forum. anyway on to the ongoing issue ive had w Coinbase. I purchased $75 of btc back on 6/8. i also purchased $10 in my usd wallet. i wanted to xfer the btc from my btc wallet to my Blockchain but was told by a Coinbase support rep that i would have to wait a few days before i was allowed to xfer the btc i just purchased. over the next few days i checked my checking acct and noticed that the $85 had been double charged to my acct. i called Coinbase and their rep said they would look into it and that he would write a ticket on my acct in the meanwhile. i waited another 4 days and nothing was resolved on their end so i filed a dispute w my bank for the $85 that was double charged. they immediately refunded the money to my checking acct. afterwards however, Coinbase put a hold on my  funds. i called and their support rep essentially said all i could do was wait for their specialists to investigate my acct to see what happened w the double charge. so i waited, and waited, and waited. finally the hold on my funds was lifted on 7/19. now its not letting me send anything from my wallets as it says that "buys are currently disabled for me acct." my bank along w checking acct info was deleted off my Coinbase. i tried re-adding my bank info but it told me that the bank acct had alrdy been added and that i would have to contact support to reinstate it. i called their support reps, again, and was told that my acct would be escalated to their specialists and that within a few days the issue should be resolved. today however, i was sent an email saying that its been determined that my acct is currently not eligible for a review and that after 60 days i could contact them and they cans ubmit my account for a review at that time. they also told me in the email that they cannot elaborate on their decision making process. i called support once again and the rep basically told me there was nothing he could do and that he has no explanation on his end for whats going on w my acct. ive alrdy been waiting 2 months almost w no resolution and now theyre saying to wait another 2 months. anyone have any advice or tips that could lead to a resolution in this matter? thx in advance.

There is not really anything you can do. Is your BTC still locked in the account?

Either keep contacting their support or create a thread in the r/btc, r/bitcoin or /r/CoinBase subreddit. I'm pretty sure they don't check the threads here, but if your post gets a good amount of upvotes on Reddit, you will soon get the attention you need. And they tend to just ignore you unless you get into the front page.

i was able to xfer the btc from my btc wallet into my usd wallet so there isnt any fluctuating while im waiting for them to fix whatever it is on their end. i read in a few other forums where you can link someone elses bank info to your acct and then send the money that way. im not sure if thats legit or not. think its worth checking out or would you hold off on that option??

I think you need to be patient for the timings they have given you. I never had any issues with withdrawal and deposit with coinbase and this is the first time I hearing such a review.
