"In a nutshell, the network works like a distributed
timestamp server, stamping the first transaction to spend a coin. It
takes advantage of the nature of information being easy to spread but
hard to stifle." -- Satoshi

Honestly believe they are insolvent. There will no doubt be the occasional story of someone getting money out, but that will just be a smokescreen to pacify the plebs. On the whole, it will remain closed.

Going with March 1st. I'm not saying everyone will be able to withdraw, but they might have a long queue allowing the first of many to attempt to withdraw. No matter what Gox probably did or definitely did do, it is in their best interest to issue coins and comeback. I have no idea what the legal consequences actually are they could face, or can't face, but issuing coins and money to those owed probably completely nullifies any. They have also had almost a month doing arbitrage, getting people to sell coins at next to nothing, etc, to generate shitloads of income. When they comeback they will be hated at first, but over time they will still get all the transactions fees, and eventually boom....They fuck everyone again when trust is reestablished.

I voted "You need actual bitcoins to be able to withdrawl not goxxed coins" and "Never" because MTGox has provided multiple indicators over the last eight months that they are insolvent.

I received €100 from MtGox today, which I withdrew a few days ago. Just thought I'd tell everyone. I can provide proof if necessary.

Full, fast withdrawals of all currencies plus BTC, never.
Very limited withdrawals with vague excuses for delays, coupled with claims everything is all right now, probably next week.
But it won't work. The financial press knows "slow pay = broke". The last time Mt. Gox pulled this, in July 2013, most of the coverage was in the tech press of Bitcoin as a tech story. Now, Bitcoin is covered by the financial press, which understands the signs of bankruptcy.
