Let me explain, as the whitepaper says, the founder is Dutch and works now for 10 years in Spain.  But a Spanish and German translation are on their way and will be available shortly.

For now, the biggest saving is that of the real estate agents costs, depending on where you live this can be around 2 to 10% of the purchase price. Reducing those costs through a largely automated system is already a huge saving for buyers.
