Pandalyze [PDLYZ] token - blockchain charity

WHAT IS PANDALYZE?

Pandalyze is an ERC20 token dedicated to saving nature and wildlife through donations based on user votes.

We have one single and hard to achieve goal: to save the worlds wildlife, forests and nature. To succeed, we are raising funds to start donating to parks, zoos, wildlife sanctuaries and recreation areas. You will get Pandalyze tokens (PDLYZ) in return for your payment. Since we are forwarding the biggest part of our earnings as donations this is not a standard ICO. You will find additional information in our whitepaper.

We are planning to donate to facilities in every country throughout the whole world. You will be able to vote on the beneficiary of payment once a month.

To make funds trackable and provide proof of good use, we are using a blockchain solution connected to the Ethereum network. We will be accepting payments in ETH and other cryptocurrencies, too. PDLYZ tokens will be issued to an ERC20 compatible wallet.

We are well aware that there are different solutions for charity integrated into the blockchain. There are many great projects using blockchain technology which aim to support different spaces in every branch of industry. Pandalyze is something different.
While the blockchain is being used to create decentralized organisations, financial systems or exchanges, Pandalyze token (PDLYZ) will be decentralized through its simple and effective voting system.

Our catalyst for creating Pandalyze were the incredibly inadequate salaries some managers and executives of established organisations for environmental protection are being paid. Pandalyze will use the blockchain to keep all funds trackable.

Pandalyze token is not using any digital solution to distribute donations automatically. Instead, users will be able to decide whether their donations are given to charity organisations, parks, or for example, zoos. Other options will be integrated in the future, if requested.

How do your payments work?

Coin Specs:
There is a total of 200.000.000 PDLYZ tokens.

Payments will be accepted in different coins. For now, we will accept preferably Ethereum but also Bitcoin and Litecoin.
We are aiming to support more coins in the future.

Your payments will be used as following: In the ICO and AIRDROP Phase (August 1st - August 31st): 1 ETH = 30.000 PDLYZ tokens.
Starting September 1st, you will receive 25.000 PDLYZ tokens for every ETH spent. For every payment in other cryptocurrencies than ETH, we will take the average exchange rate to ETH on the day of payment. Starting January 1st, we will gradually decrease the amount of PDLYZ tokens by 1000 every three months down to a minimal rate of 20.000 PDLYZ tokens in January 2020. If the Pandalyze contract owns more than half of the tokens, the amount will not be reduced.

Distribution on percentage basis:
98% of your payment will be directly dedicated to the recipient as soon as the minimal requirement for the donation is achieved.
2% of the payments will be kept for maintaining and reimbursing our expenses. We will not be keeping any premine of PDLYZ token.

Additionally, there will be a 1% tax for every transaction of PDLYZ tokens. The fee will be sent automatically to the PDLYZ contract to make sure there will always be enough tokens to issue.

Projects

You can answer polls to help deciding on the next donation.
Polls are open to the public and online for three weeks, starting the first of the month. After continent, type of recipient and donation amount is chosen, we will add a poll to vote for an organisation. These polls end after the previously decided donation treshold is reached. The exact same vote will be enabled on twitter, too. Results of votes will be added.

In case the limit is reached, payments will be remitted once a month. If payments are below the threshold, this months payment will be skipped and carried on in the following month. If required, we will convert crypto to fiat before donating. If we receive excessive payments, we will consider more than one donation or a higher threshold that month.

To raise awareness for Pandalyze, we are airdropping 19.800.000 tokens (almost 10% of our total supply)
