Nowadays token price goes down after the ICO because of the present market condition everyone is afraid of losing.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

The most reasonable reason for declining the Token rate lower than the ICO rate after being listed on exchange floors is that the overall exchange rate situation is low. And when the Token launch coincides with the fall in the cryptos rate, the Token's exchange rate is reduced. So this time should not invest in ICO because of the high risk.

It's true that bounty is one of the reasons why the token price of an ICO dumped once the token is listed on exchange. But it depends,  if the allocation for bounty has large amount of token, there is possibility that the token price will dump. Another reason for dumping of tokens is the market itself. If the crypto market is down, there are many weak hands which they panic sell their tokens. For me, if the ICO project is for long term and SEC regulated as well, it is better to hodl.

The better strategy now is to buy AFTER the ICO, every token is dropping after ICO so the cheap entry is months after the ICO.

Only morons are buying at the pump prices during ICO and then losing money if they want to get out 6 months after the project stagnates.

Unless bounties stop, there is just no reason to believe an ICO is actually going to be a good way to "invest" with all the scammers now.

It seems to me, basically everything depends on the general situation in the market, if the project goes to the exchange on a good day, it expects a - pump, if the day is bad - dump.

Token value goes down lower than ICO price after launch simply because a lot of people keep on selling. It means the selling is higher than buying support that's why price rapidly down. Only the demand can make the price increase. S if the project has a lot of demand the token price will not be going down beyond ICO price instead it will rise up more.

Duh?

The point is that buying months after an ICO is almost always cheaper for people than paying ICO prices. Its across the board.

In my own observation, the tokens value usually goes down, that because of those bounty hunters who have not yet enough knowledge if what is the real value of their tokens,if they will not sell it immediately. They don't know that if they will keep it holding in minimum of two months, their tokens will much be profitable.

This is a real problem this year. The weak hands are pressing on the small shoulders. no faith, no progress, poor awareness in business and investment makes the market fall into the hole. Unfortunately, most ICO projects this year are / 2 or / 10(Compared to price at ico). is even worse.

Because a large part of the bountyhunters immediately after the ICO sell their coins. Large outflow of investment from the coin turnover.

Bounties and Airdrops may defeat the first term prices of new projects. However most promising projects got succeed to valuable points. No worry for low prices if project is qualified.

Well-written, well-disclosed topic. I want to add that also negatively affect the price when the advisors and the team sells tokens immediately after entering the exchange.

Most of the so called pre-sale never really happens, and when the coins hit the exchange, some of the tokens that was supposed to have been sold in the pre-sale getting dumped on the exchange at a lower price than any investors got in at. Leaving the investors with a massive lost.

i think thats the common scenario nowadays, it's because investor and bounty hunters dump their coin to the exchange resulting to over supply. And the law of supply and demand applies. If we want to increase the price after ico we should hold our coin a little bit longer.

You cannot blame investors or prize hunters, because the allocation of tokens for bounty hunters is usually no more than 10% and for investors in my opinion it is better to hold and buy tokens from bounty hunters who throw their tokens at low prices, in my opinion waiting is better than selling when the token is new

Yes, it looks something like you write. Funds buy coins at a price minus 30-50% of the ICO price. And when you go out to the stock exchange, they sell half of the hamsters, there is the most expensive one. And then they calmly wait for the price increase, taking no risk.

You are wrong because bounty hunter funds is just only on 1% which I can say it doesn't really affect too much and the main reason why price of token dumped when it hit exchangers is that the investor will sell and this is just a normal thing. The earlier you do sell the possible profit you can reap off and the later you sell then the lesser or even loss you would get.

Because it is just the perceived value. The ICO don't decide on what is the price is going to be in the market. The ICO project can only decide on how much they want to price the token. And also most of the time, investors and bounty hunters are smart. They know that they can still buy it again at a lower price.

in my opinion, because the project conditions are not perfect and there are many investors who choose to sell rather than get losses and there is also the influence of the bounty campaign that sells its tokens at very cheap prices.

No one will be surprised by this. Everybody knows for a long time that not only bounty hunters are to blame for the depreciation. Investors, buy tokens with a discount of 30-50% immediately discard their tokens

this happens because some of the bounty hunters and investors only want to gain profits in a fast way without thinking about how the project is run, but in fact many of them made the wrong decisions, when the project was running normally the enthusiasts to buy tokens got bigger so the price getting up.
