You have 10 different get-rich-quick schemes posted, every one of them working 100%, according to you, that must make you over $5000 a month according to your postings, yet you can't shell out a couple bucks for an escrow.....yeah believable. |

I don't have time working with escrows. Yes they are working and I'd rather give it to the buyer first instead of using an escrow. Time is money  |
